Laura Liddell: Bluebells in May

The Forest of Dean, where I live, is famous for its swaths of bluebells in May. The forest is carpeted with them and the smell is just glorious and heady. I love the way the colour just seems to hover like a mist on the forest floor. Since a little girl they have been one of my favourite flowers so to have a stamp for them is just too good.

Here I have played with adding small collage pieces such as fabric and ribbon threaded through holes and a torn piece of inked paper which echos the holes by adding punched ones. I have also added 3 small sparkly clear gems to again pick up the circle embellishment theme.

This set of stamps is just so easy to work with. It will always be possible to make those last minute cards for birthdays, and the like, with this set.
