Simple Set Saturday: Squaring Off

Welcome to the December edition of Simple Set Saturday! Instead of making more holiday cards, I decided to make some cards I could give away instead.

Keeping it simple and keeping in line with our current (and about to close) Rebel Challenge, I have used only one designer paper to create these simple cards.

I stamped two 1.5" squares with my image and then cut two matching squares from the same paper as the base. I did precut my grid base but I retrimmed it after placing my squares.

I finished off by stamping my sentiments onto ovals and matting them (a little offset) with slightly larger ovals.

Here's how they turned out:

Stamps: Olive from Milliner Misses and sentiment from Floriculture

Stamps: Bea from Milliner Misses and sentiment from Candy Kisses

Stamps: Dot from Milliner Misses and sentiment from Candy Kisses
