Beverly G: Tattered Mother's Day

A Good Tuesday Morning Everyone! I've got an easy scrapalicious card for you this morning. Yes, Mother's Day will be coming around soon and I decided to make something a little bit different for my Mom this year. She's not a very frilly kind of gal even though she does like flowers. I pulled some scraps together off my table, glued them randomly on a piece of Cajun Craze card stock, then took the background stamp from Relish Reading and inked it up with VersaMark ink, stamped the whole thing and heat embossed with copper embossing powder. I heat embossed with copper again the sentiment from the Bits and Pieces stamp set and added the cool little border from Relish Reading for a finishing touch to the bottom. I then tied the bottom knot with this cool Chocolate Chip ribbon and cut two extra pieces to tie the extra two knots and anchored them down with glue dots under the knots.
Mom's usual lead a pretty tattered scattered life, so hope this inspires you to come up with something good for your Mom's this year.

Happy Creating--
Beverly G ♥
